An Odd World

Did God created this world we’re living in?

This thing, full of terror and full of sin.

Did God gave us brains to spread darkness?

To spread diseases, death and create a mess?

God created something, something called paradise,

Isn’t He all powerful, almighty and wise?

Where is that now? Why can’t we see?

But, we do bad things, don’t we?

Kidnapping innocents is what rebels do,

Killing and abusing people, no matter who.

Demanding all the things that they want,

And then killing their victims if they can’t.

Spreading disunity among nations,

Loose threads among God’s creations,

Can’t we do anything to stop this?

To keep ourselves from falling into the abyss?

What is my role in this place called “Earth”?

What was the purpose of my birth?

Was it to live in terror, immorality and disunity?

Or to live in peace with hope, love and harmony?

Now I understand things much clearer,

I wish I can make it better;

I hate for things to go like these forever

I'm shy, I may end up bitter.

I maybe loving this evening

As our song goes on playing

Living while only gazing each other

Another moment shared together.

Music keep playing

Memories goes flowing

Thought came rushing

And now I see

Our story ended

Before it even started,

Our hearts parted

Before it even collided.

I may had stop crying

But I'm still wishing

I'm happy to see you smiling

"I love you, FRIEND" that's all your saying.

I remember our naive and pretty selves,

It started with a smile

I'm scared it hunts me all the time

I saw you and I smiled

But blankly stare is all I got.

We've known each other for a year,

But funny how we met,

We're together but of no words

No introduction for us to talk

No shake hands as we go.

Funny how it may sound

But we're team - that's my concern,

Nothing special as we meet

A lot of change - adden age and to mention it:

We're now closer as friends;

Formal introduction is given now

I know your whole name, there is no doubt.

And if you see,

We're friends of other means:

You hate my opinion,

I contradict your decision;

That's how we go,

I told you I hate you

But it doesn't mean I do not like you.

It may not be mutual

Still glad you're there,

Remember when I cry,

I know it's you who tapped my back.

But I got the courage to end it well,
